How do I add recipients' details?
Choose how to add recipients:
- Bulk Upload: Download our handy template, fill it in with all the recipient details, and easily upload your completed file. It’s quick and efficient!
- Individual Addition: Simply click the “Individual” button in the top right corner to enter details one by one. Perfect for a smaller number of recipients!
After entering the recipient details, click on “Add.”
How do I share credentials to the recipients?
Once the credentials are ready, you can choose to send a teaser email to create excitement and inform recipients about the upcoming credentials (We highly recommend doing so!). Click on ‘Customize email’ to personalize the pre-written email template provided by Verix.
If you wish to skip this step, you can directly click on the ‘Issue’ button at the bottom of your screen.
At this stage, you’ll be prompted to choose whether to issue the credentials with or without sending an email from the Verix domain.
- If you select ‘Continue to customize email with Verix’, you can then go ahead and personalize the email that helps notify the recipients that their credentials have been issued. This email will include a preview of their credentials along with a button to view them on Verix.
- If you select ‘I will do it on my own’, the credentials will be activated without triggering an email. To share the credentials manually, click on the three-dot menu and select ‘Download Links.’ This will generate a CSV file containing the recipients' names and the corresponding credential links to your device, which you can use to share the credentials with the recipients individually.
Can I specify which recipients to send emails to?
To send emails to specific recipients, manually select the desired names from the menu on the left side of the recipient list. Once your selection is complete, click ‘Issue’ at the bottom of the screen.
Can I customize the email sent to recipients when issuing credentials?
Yes! It’s totally possible to personalize your own email, once you’ve clicked on ‘Issue’ you’ll be prompted to choose whether to issue the credentials with or without sending an email from the Verix domain. Select ‘Continue to customize email with Verix’.
What kind of emails can I send from the self-serve portal?
From the self-serve portal, you can send a variety of emails to keep your audience engaged and informed:

Can I send reminders to recipients who have not viewed/shared their credentials?
Yes, you can send reminders to recipients who have not yet viewed/shared their credentials. Simply click on ‘Customize email’ and select the appropriate email template from the dropdown menu. You can edit the desired template to notify recipients and encourage them to access their credentials.
What is a Teaser Email?
A Teaser Email is your way to build excitement! 🎉 It lets recipients know that an exciting credential or digital good is on its way, creating anticipation and setting the stage for its official issuance.
