What are the steps to issue and deliver credentials using Verix?

Once your credentials are ready, click“Issue” at the bottom of the screen to begin issuing.

At this stage, you’ll be prompted to choose whether to issue the credentials with or without sending an email from the Verix domain.

• If you select ‘Continue to customize email with Verix’, you can then go ahead and personalize the email that helps notify the recipients that their credentials have been issued. This email will include a preview of their credentials along with a button to view them on Verix.

• If you select ‘I will do it on my own’, the credentials will be activated without triggering an email. To share the credentials manually, go to the three-dot menu >Download Links to export a CSV with credential URLs for each recipient.
